Brian and his sons have come out to my place 3 times for different issues with my AC when it stopped cooling and we were dying in the heat. He has always been very responsive and forthright in all his dealings. He lets you know what your options are for repairs and what the pros and cons are as well as prices. He replaced our fan and gave us the quality option over just selling us the expensive option. His company isn't like many of the big HVAC companies where the tech just wants to get done asap and get home while doing shoddy work. He and his sons do the job right and at a fair price. Some of our conversations have taken more time than the repairs. They are good upstanding Christian folks and it shows in their character, ethic and workmanship. Brian brought two of his adult sons as scheduled and completed the installation of a Heat pump HVAC (replacing a gas furnace and older AC unit), and also a high efficiency heat pump water cooler, all in one day!!!
